From First Bite To Pitmaster
In 2018, Owner and Pitmaster Eric Pickle sampled craft barbecue for the first time while visiting clients on a business trip & he was immediately blown away. From the authenticity and pageantry of pure wood-fired smokers pumping out 100% hardwood smoke to the quality beef and pork used to create masterpieces of melted meat, the whole experience was life-changing. Eric continued to travel on and off for 2 years, racking up airline miles and checking off barbecue joints all over the United States.

Fantastic catering experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The brisket was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the ribs were perfectly juicy and well-seasoned. Everything was well-prepared, and a big hit with our guests — we received so many compliments. Holy smokes! This is some GOOD barbecue! I'm from Texas and have missed that BBQ. Awesome brisket and pork ribs here. The potato salad is the best I've ever had. Can't wait to try the beef ribs. It's all about that beef in TX...

We've been picking up food from here for the past couple of months. Everything we've tasted from the menu has been fantastic, hands down. My personal fav is the pulled pork sandwiches and tots.
